Year 5/6 Penguins had a fantastic time getting creative in the kitchen as they baked World Cup–themed cupcakes inspired by the England flag. Working alongside Mrs Hemus and Mrs Malpas, the class took on each stage of the process with great enthusiasm and teamwork. Some children carefully measured the ingredients, while others enjoyed mixing the batter and preparing it for baking. Once baked to perfection, the cupcakes were beautifully decorated in red and white designs, proudly reflecting the England theme. Finally, the pupils carefully packed their creations, ready to take home. It was a fun and engaging activity that combined teamwork, practical skills, and a touch of World Cup excitement!
