Last week, we were very lucky to welcome two special visitors into school who came to talk to the children about how they help people in our community. The children were full of curiosity and asked lots of thoughtful questions, showing great enthusiasm and engagement throughout the visits.

It was lovely to see so many positive interactions as the children eagerly shared their own experiences and knowledge. They particularly enjoyed learning about fire safety and were fascinated to discover what to do if their clothes were to catch fire. Many of the children confidently demonstrated the "Stop, Drop and Roll" technique and were keen to explain its importance to their friends.

These real-life experiences help bring our learning to life and support the children's understanding of the important roles people play in keeping us safe and helping others. We would like to thank our visitors for giving up their time to share their knowledge and experiences with us.

We are looking forward to continuing our learning next week as we explore how doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals help us stay healthy.
