From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was buzzing with joy and anticipation.

The day began with creative fun as the children decorated delicious Christmas biscuits, adding colourful icing and sweets to make them truly festive. Next, they prepared special treats for Rudolph and his reindeer, ensuring Santa’s team would have plenty of energy for their big night! One of the highlights was writing heartfelt letters to Santa, sharing their wishes and dreams. These letters were posted in a magical talking post box that delighted everyone with its cheerful responses.

Meeting Santa himself was a truly special moment. Each child received a lovely gift and had the chance to share their excitement face-to-face with the man in red. But the adventure didn’t stop there! We boarded a charming steam train for a scenic ride past the Elf Village, soaking in the beautiful winter scenery. The fun continued with thrilling rides on merry-go-rounds and an incredible 3D interactive Santa sleigh experience that made everyone feel like they were flying through the night sky.

The play barn was another favourite spot, where children laughed, played, and enjoyed time together. Throughout the entire day, the behaviour of our students was exceptional; they represented Manor Primary Academy with pride, joy and our Manor values.

A massive 'Thank You' goes out to all the volunteers and staff who worked tirelessly to make this magical experience possible. Your dedication and hard work brought smiles to every child’s face and created memories that will last a lifetime.

Now, with only one more week of Christmas activities before we all enjoy a well-earned break with family and friends, we wish all our children and their families a very Merry Christmas!
